Shipping and Delivery

Customers can avail themselves of nationwide shipping options when ordering online. We process one shipping address per order. If you would like to ship to a different address, you may consider placing separate orders and making payments for them separately. The shipping date depends on your preferred delivery location and delivery type. Please note that for locations Outside Dhaka, you need to collect the delivery items from your nearest courier branch.

Here is the delivery schedule that we follow:

Inside Dhaka: 3-5 working days.


Outside Dhaka: 7-10 working days.

Return & Refund Policy

At this time SAKURA Water does not accept returns. We rarely encounter material damage or missed deliveries with our carrier. However, if you feel that your product becomes damaged while being delivered by a third-party carrier to you and is unfit for consumption, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at 01791151229 or email us at support@dynastyfnb.com.


We will gladly replace or refund the product and ship you the appropriate item free of charge. For deliveries deemed missing, please allow up to 10 working days since placing your order before contacting us to ensure that the carrier has had sufficient amount of time to deliver your shipment.

Cancellation Policy

You have the option to cancel your order during a phone call from our customer service agent, who will verify your order details and delivery address. It's important to be aware that once you've confirmed the order with our customer service agent, cancellation will no longer be possible until the delivery agent arrives at your designated address with the product.

Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount that the Customer has paid for any particular product.


We do not accept any liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss/damage, loss of data, loss of income or profit, damage to property, force majeure situations, failure/delay due to technical errors or unavoidable circumstances and/or claims by third parties for the use of the site or any product purchased.

Governing Law

The Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Bangladesh.
